Additional Certifications and/or College Degrees: Certifications from organizations like N.A.T.E. (North American Technician Excellence) or BPI (Building Performance Institute) enhance your qualifications. College degrees related to HVAC can also be beneficial.

Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record: Many HVAC jobs involve traveling to clients’ locations. A valid license and a clean driving record are essential.

Social Security Card: Required for employment verification purposes.
